We switched to a Beebug Support system in 2018, replacing a full-time network manager. In the following years we have revolutionised our IT use. Beebug supported us in moving to an online MIS (Arbor) away from SIMS, they guided and facilitated a full infrastructure refresh and have provided us with a “cloud first” Microsoft365 environment. We have every confidence in Beebug, the team is always happy to help, and their service is excellent.
