Classroom AV Solutions.
In the modern school environment we understand just how important visual representations aid understanding - if a picture paints a thousand words, how many words does a 3 minute YouTube
video paint? (10,800,000 if you are being literal - 360 seconds at 30 frames per second)
In The Classroom
Interactive solutions have evolved over the last decade. Traditional ceiling mounted projectors and Interactive White Boards (IWB) are still common place. We can maintain these and install the latest
models from SMART and Promethean. The venerable IWB has its place but advances in technology have opened new opportunities.
Ultra Short Throw (UST) Projectors
Highly cost effective and lightweight, these projectors can be mounted on solid or partition walls directly above the IWB. This provides a bright image with minimal shadowing. We work
with market leading vendors including Epson, Hitachi and Casio to supply these devices.
Interactive Flat Panel Displays (iFPD)
Bright, vivid with deep rich colours thanks to a contrast ratio that projectors just cannot match, the iFPD is the current must have for any classroom. An iFPD
combines the high definition image of the flat screen TV with a tablet-like touch surface.
There are many varieties of iFPD, usually starting at 55" with models available at 65", 70", 75", 80" and beyond. With both 1080p and 4K resolutions available, there is always a product
to meet your needs and budget. Some models need to be connected to an external source such as a PC or a laptop while others have built in Android or Windows devices.
iFPD technology is fast moving and they have a bright future - if you will pardon the pun!
Interactive Projectors
If you need an interactive surface of 100 inches an IWB or iFPD is not a viable option. Enter the Interactive Projector. Intuitive to use, these combine the benefits of the UST Projector
with a large touch area. These are great for larger collaborations.
