Extended Managed Service
The Extended Managed Service is a supplemental service to the Basic Managed Service. What you get is regular on-site help for development tasks. It's not just about when things go wrong.
We provide an engineer to attend your school on a regular basis for development tasks. The frequency of the visits can be tailored to suit your requirements starting with a 3-hour visit each fortnight up to full-day visits each week.
The same engineer will come for each visit so they will become very familiar with your school and staff. Essentially they become like an additional employee of the school – the only difference is you don't need another member of staff on the payroll.

We know that ICT takes up loads of your time and can get in the way of what you do best. We like to take that burden off your shoulders.
Most schools think that to change their ICT support means a huge upheaval – but this is not the case with Beebug. We can seamlessly deploy our tried and tested solution without any disruption to your work.
If you would like to speak to us about how we can help you, please do not hesitate to get in touch. At Beebug, we are confident that we can make a significant improvement in ICT at your school- allowing you to get on with the more important things like teaching the children!

Once you subscribe to this service, you will save considerable amounts of money on employing additional full-time staff. Our techie guy will work with and complement your ICT Co-ordinator.
