Our philosophy

Beebug is a company you can trust.

Our philosophy is to build long term relationships with our customers. We aim to achieve this through providing outstanding support that is clear and simple to understand with a fixed cost. We strive to be the first point of contact for our schools that have any questions or queries concerning ICT. Our customers know that we take ownership of any ICT issues and stick with them until they are fully resolved.

The Basic Managed Service is the name of our standard service level agreement and it is very comprehensive. This support can be summarised with the following statement ‘If it was supplied/installed by Beebug and it has stopped working then contact us’. Our Basic Managed Service support provides unlimited phone, unlimited remote and unlimited onsite support.

We do not have a call centre where your call can be bounced around. Instead when you phone us you can speak directly to one of our engineers. They will have first-hand knowledge of your school and are likely to be known to you personally.

We understand how important your network is to you and aim to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, in some cases before you are even aware of them. Our servers are configured to automatically report problems directly to us helping to avoid downtime and user interruption. We also pre-empt any problems with regular remote checks that are included as part of our Basic Managed Service.

If our intervention is required then we have remote access to our customers’ networks and can usually resolve most queries remotely. This means that we can normally resolve most problems straight away. If a remote solution is not possible then we will create a log and and allocate an engineer to visit as soon as possible.

The best part of this service is the cost. Most queries are covered by the Basic Managed Service contract so our schools have a fixed annual cost for their support and are secure in the knowledge that they are fully covered.

Quite simply, once you start using Beebug for support we aim to provide a service so good that you will never want to use another ICT support company. Almost all of the schools that we support have come to us through personal recommendation and we have been working with many of them for 10 years or longer.
