Our philosophy
Beebug is a company you can trust.
We started back in 1982 supporting home and school users of the BBC Micro and over the last 29 years we have gained considerable experience. For the last 15 years or so we have exclusively installed and supported ICT in schools.
Our philosophy is to have a long term relationship with our customers and in order to do that we provide outstanding support. Whenever a school has a problem you can rely on Beebug to sort it. We will not pass the buck and we will stay with the matter until fully resolved.
We do not have a call centre. Instead when you phone us you can speak directly to one of our engineers. They will have first-hand knowledge of your school and are likely to be known to you personally.
We have remote access to all of our customers’ networks and so we can usually remotely take over your PC, laptop, server or printer. This means that we can normally resolve most problems straight away. Where this is not possible we will create a log and an engineer will visit as soon as possible. We always have engineers “floating” to deal with any matters that arise and this means that we can respond quickly. And the best part is that there will be no charge for most of our work as it will be covered by the annual Basic Managed Support contract.
Quite simply, once you start using Beebug for support we aim to provide a service so good that you will never want to use another support company. And it seems to be working. Almost all of the schools that we support have come to us through personal recommendation and we have been working with many of them for 10 years or longer.
